My Story
I've spent my career at the intersection of revenue, data, operations, and finance — building teams and systems from scratch at technology companies that were scaling fast and couldn't afford to get it wrong. Early in my career I was in sales myself, which gave me a firsthand understanding of what it actually takes to close — and what gets in the way.
Before founding GSD Ops Consulting, I served as Revenue Operations Director at SixMap, a high-growth cybersecurity company, where I built the entire operational layer for their GTM organization — from Salesforce CRM implementation and territory planning to compensation design and board-ready forecasting. Before that, I did the same at JupiterOne, and before that at Catalyte. I've been the person who shows up when a company has outgrown spreadsheets but hasn't yet built the revenue operations infrastructure to scale.
What sets me apart is the combination of RevOps depth and FP&A expertise. Most Revenue Operations consultants stop at the sales dashboard. I understand how revenue fits into the full P&L and how strategic executive decisions flow through the entire business — and I can take your data all the way to investor materials and board decks. It's a rare capability, and it means you get more from a single engagement.
I founded GSD Ops Consulting to bring that same level of experience to more early-stage technology companies who are figuring out their GTM motion and need a trusted operator in their corner. I work across industries — with a particular depth in cybersecurity software, an industry I know well and genuinely love.
